Job summary

LP Propane LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer service, receptionist duties, and account processing for residential and commercial customers in the region. You will process orders, collect payments, and maintain accurate customer data while coordinating with drivers via Microsoft Teams.

The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Office, and the ability to learn internal systems.

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience in office management, customer service, accounting, or a related area.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills and sound understanding of Office.
• Able to learn company systems and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a federal drug test.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, e-mail, or walk-ins.
• Relay propane orders to drivers using Microsoft Teams.
• Update and correct customer information and account info.
• Collect and enter propane payments; assist with billing questions.
• Enter required information into systems for inventory tracking.
• Collect, enter, and process new customer information and paperwork.
• Manage different internal systems and data accuracy.
