Empire Auto Parts, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Agent to answer incoming service calls and online orders. You will handle inquiries about product availability and pricing, process orders, and manage returns and exchanges, providing courteous, accurate service.

The role emphasizes documenting interactions, updating order status, and maintaining strong relationships with customers while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Professional, courteous handling of customer requests.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
• At least 18 years old; call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answers inquiries via telephone regarding product availability and pricing.
• Processes order requests using company systems; reviews and confirms online orders and processes returns/exchanges.
• Places outbound calls to update order status and verify account information.
• Answers product information requests and resolves product support problems.
• Handles customer issues proactively, advocating for the customer while upholding company policies.
• Documents all interactions with customers thoroughly.
• Highlight Empire’s advantages such as high part availability and easy ordering.
