Empire Auto Parts is seeking a Customer Service Agent dedicated to serving collision repair shops in the Charlotte area. The role focuses on answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with a high level of product knowledge and customer care.

You will work closely with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure accurate orders and timely communications, leveraging CRM tools and a strong bilingual skill set to support customers effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive parts training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or collision repair industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and their applications.
• Proficiency in CRM software and order management systems.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Call Center experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions regarding part compatibility, pricing, availability, and shipping, primarily over the phone.
• Process customer orders, returns and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Stay informed about inventory levels and product updates to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, dispatch and other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or processes.
