Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to support order processing, respond to customer inquiries by phone or email, and coordinate with Sales, Production and Logistics to ensure on-time fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, basic SAP and AS400 knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of call center experience or training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–3 years related call center experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and AS400 is preferred as daily use of both systems will be required.

Responsibilities

• Receives requests from customers by telephone or email, analyzes requests, provides information, and routes to the proper person.
• Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
• Supports Sales Region and provides samples for sales reps.
• Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.
• Enters sales orders into the system, contacts customers to obtain missing data, resolves questions related to orders, provides price quotations, and traces order status.
• Provides information on all product lines, prices, delivery times, and related data as required.
