Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Waukegan, IL to assist customers, coordinate with warehouse, brokers, and sales teams on orders and deliveries. You will enter purchase orders, maintain records of interactions, inquiries and complaints, and act as a liaison for orders between departments.

Strong English, basic MS Office skills and a positive, dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and legal to work in the US.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Entry-level customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance with willingness to overtime/weekends when needed.
• Capable of handling job-related stress and maintaining professionalism.
