Job summary

Ricoh Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to serve as the primary contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience.

This role collaborates with Executive Sales, Production, Quality, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth. You will process orders, verify pricing, shipping, and billing information, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues across order, billing, and shipping processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of customer service, order management, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills with accurate data entry abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and verify pricing, shipping, and billing information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order, billing, and shipping issues.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, monitor delivery status, and communicate updates to customers.
• Support sales activities, maintain customer records, and generate routine reports.
