Formación

Associate degree or equivalent with related experience.
Background in customer service or order management is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsabilidades

Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and online channels.
Manage orders, service requests, changes, cancellations, and deliveries.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations to confirm requirements and delivery expectations.
Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining records in Oracle and ERP systems.
Monitor inventory levels and prepare customer-specific reports.
Handle high volumes of communications with timely follow-up.
Suggest customer-focused improvements to support service and delivery.
Maintain relationships while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
