Ricoh Americas Corporation seeks a detail‑oriented professional to manage complex billing and order processing for major customers and dealer partners. You will own inquiries, ensure SLA adherence, and drive solutions with cross‑functional teams.

You will analyze issues, maintain data integrity, and coach others while supporting key accounts. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential for success.

Formación

• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years of business experience; 1-2 years in Customer Billing or Order Management required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as focal point to resolve customer issues for large/complex orders.
• Own internal/external customer inquiries on billing, order status, delivery, cancellation.
• Perform all tasks related to Billing and/or Order Management.
• Resolve discrepancies with internal customers/dealers to ensure satisfaction and payment.
• Identify root causes and communicate action plans to prevent repeats.
• Maintain customer information and file integrity (contacts, addresses, IDs).
• Provide training on Ricoh Order/Lease/Maintenance and dealer agreements.
