The successful candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, proficiency with Word and Excel, and strong communication and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and orders.

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
