Job summary

JOBSTODAY.WORLD is seeking customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join client teams in Hawaii. Positions are on-site at multiple locations across Hawaii.

Training is provided for motivated candidates to handle inquiries and resolve issues, delivering a positive customer experience. You will respond to queries via phone, email, chat, or in person, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or administrative support preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, service-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
