Job summary

Hawaiian Host Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent service, handle orders and invoices, and support the Inside Sales team. You will manage communications with customers, brokers, and staff, processing entries with accuracy in a fast-paced environment, using Excel, Word, and accounting systems.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong phone and written communication, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• AA degree with emphasis in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• One (1) year of customer service related experience, preferably with order entry experience.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word; and knowledge of database and/or accounting systems.
• Ability to type 25 wpm and use 10-key by touch.
• Ability to use general office equipment, such as photocopying, fax, postage meter, and accounting systems.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Good verbal, written and telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer the Inside Sales telephone line and assist customers, brokers, Sales Team, and delivery staff.
• Receive and record all orders, process orders and invoices for multiple sites and branches.
• Perform EDI tasks to process orders and invoices.
• Maintain Inside Sales work areas and perform clerical duties.
• Invoice orders and post batches in Great Plains according to policies.
• File invoices, records, and reports; maintain files (physical and electronic).
• Work independently and as part of a team; ensure regular attendance.
