Job summary

Xceed Foodservice Group in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between manufacturers and distributors and customers. You will respond to product inquiries, place and invoice orders, and resolve issues to support sales reputation.

The role requires strong communication, data entry, and clerical skills. This Clerical, full-time position supports daily operations in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree or commensurate experience preferred; foodservice customer service background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot shortages and other issues; follow up through resolution.
• Perform monthly reconciliation data entry with strong attention to detail (MS Excel).
• May contribute to bids for schools, cruise lines, etc.
• Provide updates and price lists to distributors, as provided by manufacturers.
• Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Confirm changes resolved customer problems.
