Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders via phone, text, email, or internal referrals.
• Enter orders accurately into database or filing systems.
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
• Assist customers with onboarding and order placement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide quotes, shipping dates, and order status.
• Maintain accurate quotes and records of processed quotes.
