Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill orders and handle incoming calls. The role supports quotes, order entry, and building customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Under close supervision, you will influence profitability by pricing within parameters, manage inventory needs, and coordinate shipping methods. A high school diploma or GED and 0–3 years’ related experience are typical requirements for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements.
• Determines the most cost-effective shipping method for orders.
• Expedites backorders and may pull inventory for shipment.
• May handle customer returns.
