Job summary

Imperial Brady is a leading North American distributor and solutions provider for cleaning and facility care, foodservice, and packaging. The Customer Service Representative will support Sales Consultants with order entry, phone inquiries, and showroom service, focusing on growing sales, profits, and reducing costs.

This role requires accurate data entry, professional communication, and timely processing of orders.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations; write reports and procedures.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel; ERP systems; ability to use industry software; PowerPoint helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Consultant with order entry and status updates.
• Provide quality customer service to callers and showroom customers.
• Promote add-on sales and seasonal items.
• Maintain updated customer data in the CRM/databases.
• Prepare quotations, bids, and sales materials.
• Assist walk-in customers with professional sales support.
• Complete HR/OSHA training and protect confidentiality.
• Back up front desk during lunch and as needed.
