Job summary

Pacific Instruments, a division of Vishay Precision Group (VPG), seeks a Customer Service Representative in Concord, California to be the main liaison for customers, supporting the sales process from inquiry to delivery.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, planning and finance to ensure a seamless experience, process orders, prepare quotes, and provide timely updates, while maintaining records and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
• Experience managing customer orders from receipt to fulfillment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP/CRM or order management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and shipment updates.
• Process customer orders, returns, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotes, maintaining customer records, and coordinating requests.
• Provide order status updates, resolve customer issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support office administration, reporting, and general business operations.
