The role emphasizes excel-driven data analysis, backlog management, and cross-team collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure precise, timely processing and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales administration, order management, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and dashboard reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open estimates and coordinate customer follow-up.
• Prioritize high-value quotes and ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain quote validity dates and record outcomes.
• Prepare weekly reporting on quote activity and conversion.
• Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness, confirming all details.
