Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Strong data analysis in Excel for reporting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and order management tools.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfillment for assigned customer group or product group.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems.
• Provide explanations and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments and external providers for corrective actions.
• Identify optimization areas of supply chain and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals.
• Ensure services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
