Job summary

Euclid Chemical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a key contact for customers and sales personnel, managing the order fulfillment process from entry to shipment and invoicing.

You will enter orders in SAP, coordinate shipments across multiple warehouses, handle returns and credits, and collaborate with Credit, Accounting, Inventory, and Purchasing to ensure accurate, on-time service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in customer service.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills; accurate order processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and other channels.
• Enter sales orders into SAP on the same day they are received.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers, sales reps, and management.
• Coordinate shipments, including job site deliveries and warehouse-to-warehouse moves.
• Ensure orders are shipped and invoiced on schedule; manage returns/credits.
• Collaborate with Credit, Accounting, Inventory, Traffic, and Purchasing.
