Job summary

A manufacturing company in Circle Pines, MN, is looking for an Order Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist to oversee the entire order process, from entry to customer communication. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with strong ERP skills, excellent attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in order management, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial B2B environments.
• Experience with freight logistics, LTL/FTL, international shipping, and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately in ERP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and allocate stock to open orders.
• Manage urgent and time-sensitive sample shipments and trade show logistics.
