Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage the order fulfillment process from receipt of purchase orders to shipment, in Franklin, IN.

You will handle inquiries from customers, sales, and internal teams and ensure accuracy of requests and on-time delivery. The role requires five years of customer service/fulfillment experience, a background in business or supply chain, and strict adherence to safety and PPE protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Five years’ experience in a customer service/fulfillment role.
• Field of Study preferred: Business or Supply Chain.

Aufgaben

• Handle order fulfillment from receipt of POs to shipment.
• Answer inquiries from customers, sales and internal groups; ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Utilize ERP to create orders, confirm pricing and track order status.
• Coordinate with shipping/transport to release orders when inventory is available.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Adhere to health, safety and PPE policies in all work environments.
