You will oversee inventory accuracy, procurement, and compliance across manufacturing and fulfillment to improve performance and support internal and external customers. Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP/Acumatica, kaizen, Kanban, 5S, ISO9001 and basic accounting.
• Familiar with Salesforce and CPQ for sales processes and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders inventory and materials from approved vendors.
• Set safety stock levels and monitor inventory effectiveness.
• Receive purchase requisitions and verify accuracy/authorizations.
• Oversee inside sales order entry of customer POs from multiple sources.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving to align with objectives.
• Lead kaizen activity and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Perform production scheduling including capacity planning and MRP.
• Monitor KPI/metrics and report progress regularly.
