Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries regarding products and provides quotes.
• Handles order entry and places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Negotiates sale and purchase prices within established parameters to influence gross profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and supports process improvements.
• Maintains inventory levels by sourcing items from branch, DC, or supplier inventories.
• Determines cost-effective shipping method for orders and expedites backorders when needed.
• May handle customer returns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
