Qualifications

• Background knowledge of automotive parts or experience in the automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide strong customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members and answer customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Inform customers on parts availability and lead times.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched.
