Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well in a team environment to support SafeRack's Customer 1st Philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Answers internal, external, and customer/vendor inquiries on placement and status of orders and purchase orders.
• Provide assistance and coordination between internal SafeRack departments and external customers.
• Process entries, prepare and file commercial documentation and assist with calculations/report preparation.
• Build rapport with customers and respond to questions on order status and discrepancies in billing or delivery.
• Receive/send all customer drawings and maintain due dates in the system.
• Maintain high level product and process knowledge to answer questions.
