Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer pickups, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time readiness.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding pickup instructions, order timing, and delivery status.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are ready for pickup or delivery.
• Monitor and respond to delivery exceptions, driver calls, or customer inquiries.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and logistics schedules.
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service in all communications.
• Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed during high-volume periods.
• Assist with reporting, tracking metrics, and identifying process improvements.
• Aid with inventory control operational issues.
