Job summary

FN America, LLC in Columbia, SC is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (temporary) to serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams. The role focuses on administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely communication across departments.

You will manage order processing for firearms service, maintain records, and collaborate with Compliance to handle FFL/NFA forms while ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in order management and/or customer service preferred.
• Familiar with firearms laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process firearms received into the Service Center and prepare for return to customers, including packaging, shipping labels, and coordinating shipment.
• Process Service Center inventory transactions for parts, firearms, and accessories.
• Utilize Service Center software and ERP systems to maintain accounts and service records.
• Coordinate with Compliance to collect and record FFL and NFA forms.
• Maintain cycle-counting of Service Center inventory.
• Suggest improvements in products, packaging, shipping, and service as applicable.
• Process quoted repairs by creating and managing payment links and coordinating with gunsmiths.
• Maintain shipping and tracking data of customer firearms.
• Coordinate customer service requests and ensure timely handling.
• Keep accurate customer records and service documentation per policy.
• Follow procedures for accurate documentation and data tracking throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
