You will manage quotations, orders, lead times, and customer communications to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service coordination or equivalent roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computer systems to retrieve information and enter orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive quotations, orders, and lead times from customers.
• Prepare price quotations and enter orders accurately.
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with overdue customers.
• Coordinate with other departments for purchase orders and delivery.
• Follow up on delivery information and schedule shipments with production control.
• Maintain active order files and update customers on changes.
