Qualifications

• Two year associate degree or three years prior work experience as a Customer Service Coordinator
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with computerized order processing and invoicing processes

Responsibilities

• Receive quotations, orders, and lead times from customers and prepare quotations
• Maintain customer rapport and provide excellent service
• Coordinate with departments on purchase orders and deliveries
• Handle billing-related customer inquiries and payment status
• Prepare paperwork for accounting adjustments
