Job summary

KimCo Design and Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service / Customer Account Coordinator to coordinate quoting, order entry, scheduling and customer communication, ensuring high-quality products arrive on time and customers are well served.

You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Document Control and Stockroom to maintain accurate data in the ERP (SyteLine) and provide timely updates on orders, lead times and product inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or support experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with an ERP system; SyteLine experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer activities, including quoting, order processing, scheduling, and customer support.
• Prepare and provide accurate price quotations for new and existing assemblies.
• Enter, schedule, and monitor customer orders within the ERP system (SyteLine).
• Maintain accurate customer and order information through timely data entry.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily customer communication regarding orders, lead times, and product inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Document Control, and Stockroom personnel to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or potential issues to customers.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
