Job summary

UFP Factory Built - Northwest is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented to keep orders moving smoothly. You will enter and maintain sales orders, respond to questions, and coordinate with production and shipping teams on changes or priority needs.

This role emphasizes customer interaction, problem-solving, and teamwork to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years experience in customer service, order entry, admin support, manufacturing or similar.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review order information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain frequent communication with customers about orders.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and basic issues.
• Escalate complex concerns when appropriate.
• Process customer-requested order changes and adjustments.
• Coordinate with production and shipping on hot orders and priority changes.
• Communicate special order requirements to internal teams.
• Monitor open orders and provide status updates.
• Support account managers to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
