Job summary

UFP Factory Built- Northwest is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented to support customers throughout the order process. You will enter and maintain sales orders, answer questions, and coordinate with production and shipping to handle changes or priority requests.

The role promotes collaboration with account managers and internal teams to ensure timely updates and accurate information.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn company systems, products, and processes.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, manufacturing, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review order information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain frequent communication with customers regarding their orders and requests.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and basic issues.
• Escalate more complex customer concerns when appropriate.
• Coordinate with production and shipping regarding hot orders, priority needs, and changes.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
