Job summary

UFP Factory Built- Northwest is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in ensuring accurate orders and smooth communication across customers, production, and shipping.

You will process sales orders, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to accommodate changes and priorities. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, admin support, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through.
• Ability to work with customers and internal teams.
• Experience communicating with production and shipping about changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn company systems, products, and processes.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review order information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain frequent communication with customers regarding orders and requests.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and basic issues; escalate complex concerns when needed.
• Process order changes and adjustments as requested by customers.
• Coordinate with production and shipping on hot orders and priority needs.
• Communicate special order requirements to internal teams.
• Monitor open orders and provide status updates as needed.
• Support account managers with customer requests and order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information; prepare reports.
