Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Site or Operations Manager to manage client relationships at the site level and oversee inbound, picking, packing, and outbound processes. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, supervise team leaders, and escalate client requests when necessary.

The role requires leadership experience in logistics, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ experience in a leadership role involving customer service or equivalent.
• Experience as a Logistics Service Provider Department Manager and full understanding of logistics services.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Becomes familiar with clients, including key contacts, requirements and processes.
• Deploys and improves policies by guiding supervisors and customer service reps.
• Meet KPI targets and coordinate with site leaders to ensure service levels.
• Lead staff meetings and assign tasks to CS staff.
• Coordinate staff in CS department and perform staff performance reviews.
• Oversee escalation handling and liaison with General Manager as needed.
