Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a General Manager to oversee operations, compliance, and financial results for a key site. You will serve as the primary client interface on proposals and contracts, champion Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO initiatives, and guide continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 5 years’ leadership in logistics/supply chain ops.
• Able to work in warehouse temps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic direction, operations, compliance, and financial results for a designated operation.
• Serve as primary customer interface for leadership decisions on proposals and contracts.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, ISO initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage operating budgets with senior leadership.
• Ensure safety, security and high-quality operations across the site.
