Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day site activities, supervise warehousing, receiving and shipping, and drive safety, quality and cost objectives. You will plan inbound/outbound volume, manage space and equipment, and lead hiring, training and performance reviews.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, collaborate with HR, and ensure client SLA adherence while fostering a high-performance team culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and shipping.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety rules and client SLAs.
• Manage staffing, training, performance reviews and recruitment.
