Job summary

You will plan inbound/outbound volume, manage space and equipment, lead hiring and training, and drive performance improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards; a strong people leader is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in logistics/distribution; 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during seasonal changes.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS systems; strong leadership.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations including warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Plan inbound/outbound volume, space utilization, and equipment management.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Ensure KPI achievement and compliance with client SLAs and SOPs.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and senior management; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety, quality, and process adherence; lead staff meetings.
