Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of health-related or customer service work experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent military experience (E4+) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and manages customer service staff or teams.
• Monitors performance and ensures productivity, quality, and timeliness.
• Provides training and coaching to staff and conducts team meetings.
• Drives process improvements and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Manages department budget and expenses.
