Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in corrugated industry leadership.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience with planning, budgeting and compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Sales, Design and Customer Service personnel, Plant Manager and Plant Controller.
• Develop and implement annual Profit Plan with actionable follow-up.
• Review Plan and provide monthly Variance Reports and monitor the external environment.
• Participate in long-range planning.
• Ensure adherence to Company policies and programs across the plant.
• Maintain staffing aligned with Plan and goals and ensure compliance with laws.
