Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via mail, phone, and electronic contact; enter and adjust orders and resolve questions within span of control.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, deliveries, and order issues.
• Provide technical guidance on product use, safety, and related topics; forward complex calls when needed.
• Assist with shipping, schedules, inventory, and sales activities by reviewing reports and orders.
• Develop and review customer interaction documentation and respond to concerns.
• Educate customers on current or new product lines and upsell where appropriate.
• Serve as liaison between sales and customers to clarify orders and facilitate recurring or new orders.
