Job summary

Ryder in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management. You will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, maintain inventory levels and assist with the sales process. This non-exempt, hourly role offers weekly pay, a Monday–Friday shift 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more in sales and/or customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to customer expectations.
• Handle rental sales and the sales process for inbound/outbound leads.
• Maintain rental truck inventory levels with Maintenance and Asset Management.
• Coordinate scheduling to improve productivity and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
