Culligan of Rice Lake is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries and coordinating between service, installation, and sales teams. You will manage administrative tasks, service scheduling, and CRM data to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative duties, inside sales, or customer service (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a bonus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software; willing to learn Service Titan.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
• Schedule service appointments, installations, and product deliveries.
• Set up and maintain accurate customer accounts and documentation.
• Process orders, payments, invoices, and credits to customer accounts.
