Qualifications

• One year of previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in customers at the front desk.
• Maintain customer accounts and logs in the ADDS E3 system.
• Process clerical tasks: inventory, AP/AR, postings, and deposits.
• Learn all departments, products, and delivery schedules.
• Support office staff and participate in projects as needed.
