Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a dedicated Loan Processor to support our Country Living loan operations in Ann Arbor. You’ll handle documentation, disclosures, and closings, while building strong relationships with customers and loan officers to ensure smooth processing.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service or office experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle documentation, disclosures and closings to ensure accuracy and timely service.
• Coordinate loan documentation, data entry, and loan servicing tasks.
• Assist with ordering title commitments, appraisals, and flood insurance as needed.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service and respond to inquiries.
