Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Rock Hill, SC to lead the Customer Service and Data Processing teams, ensuring efficient order processing, shipping and invoicing.

You will foster a supportive customer environment and resolve issues including credits, special deliveries, and billing inquiries. You will manage promotions and coordinate with Supply Chain Services for optimal satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management responsibilities in a foodservice distribution setting.
• Solid working knowledge of purchasing, customer service, accounting, warehousing, and transportation.
• Proficiency with AS/400 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Customer Service and Data Processing departments, processing orders and generating shipping and invoicing paperwork.
• Provide a friendly and supportive environment for customers; resolve problems; handle credits, order revisions, special deliveries, routing requests, billing questions and inquiries.
• Execute customer promotions and monitor inventory before, during, and after promotions.
• Work with Supply Chain Services and all Distribution Center departments to ensure full customer satisfaction.
• Special projects may be assigned at the supervisor’s discretion.
