• Qualify inbound leads and route them through the sales funnel efficiently.
• Coach the Customer Service Manager team off discounting and onto value selling.
• Win back the accounts a previous Customer Service Manager let slip.
• Manage paid search, social, and email programs end to end.
• Sharpen the Customer Service Manager value prop for each vertical we touch.
• Design landing pages and conversion funnels that turn traffic into customers.
