Job summary

S&G Carpet and More is seeking motivated individuals for a customer service role in West Sacramento, California. Candidates will assist customers through email and phone interactions, providing satisfaction and ensuring quality service.

The position offers competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour, with regular raises, alongside benefits such as medical, dental, PTO, and a supportive work environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and at least 2 years of administrative experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Ability to pass a background check is necessary.

Schedule

8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Every Sunday off

Compensation

$19.00 an hour to start with periodic hourly wage raises.
