XPO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Marshfield, MO area. The role requires handling customer inquiries, billing questions, and shipment tracing with professionalism and accuracy.

Compensation starts at $22.10 per hour with full health insurance on day one, life and disability coverage, PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching, and education assistance. Ability to work afternoons and other shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution
• Walk and/or stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery
