The XPO Customer Service Representative role offers a starting pay of $22.10 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth. You’ll handle shipments, inquiries, and documentation on a dynamic team environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong MS Office and 10-key skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends; excellent verbal and written communication is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Preferred qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution
