Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor shipping and receiving documentation and transactions.
• Enter and manage customer information in WMS and client systems.
• Respond to phone calls and emails from customers and carriers.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and order handling with operations.
• Receive, process, and verify customer orders and returns.
• Generate reports for clients and CS management.
• Maintain shipping records for returns, drop loads or damaged products.
• Enter orders into the warehouse management system as needed.
• Assist in covering the dock office.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Route shipments via customer TMS portals.
